Rick Ector Supports Arming Teachers in Michigan Schools

With all the attention given to the latest school shooting, I was surprised by a friend to learn that a previously published photo of me has been "repurposed" for a story about a bill being considered in Michigan to allow teachers and other staff to carry guns in schools.

For the record, I support the bill. Bad guys know that they can shoot up a school and rack up a huge body-count before the cops can get there. In my humble opinion, it would be much better to allow staff to carry guns to engage this maniacs to reduce loss of life.

What do you think?
