Michigan Concealed Pistol License Tip: Always Know Where Your Handgun Is Located

Michigan Concealed Pistol License Tip: Your firearms should treated with as much attention as you would with a child. You should be aware of its location at all times. Personally, I endorse always wearing it; it'll always be close by - if needed - and you'll always know where it is located.

Any time that your firearm is not on your person, it is possible that it can be lost or stolen. Thus, it is imperative to exercise due caution and care when using wardrobe dressing rooms, using public and private restrooms, using vehicle valet services, and using parking lots of Pistol-FREE Zones in bad neighborhoods.

Furthermore, if you have firearms that are not being actively used for personal protection, they should be kept locked up and unloaded in a secure location. Moreover, if you are going to be out of town for a spell, you should consider leaving your other firearms with a trusted friend or relative until your return to keep them secure.
