Personal Protection Tip: Beware of the "Bump and Rob/Rape" Tactic

Personal Protection Tip: Beware of the "Bump & Rob/Rape" Tactic whereby a predator will intentionally hit your your vehicle to stage a minor fender bender to get you to voluntarily exit your vehicle. If you are ever hit from behind, you need to quickly assess the environment and the specifics of the incident. If this incident doesn't feel right dial 9-1-1 and head to the nearest police station. Please note that if you are in Detroit, the police stations are closed to the public after 4pm. Instead, you should make your way to the nearest MSP Post, County Sheriff's Dept. and or other law enforcement agency.
