Personal Protection Tip: Always Keep An Eye On Entrances and Exits

Personal Protection Tip: One way to enhance personal safety when away from home is to pay attention to entrances of venues that you visit. For one, when entering a location, take a quick glance around and see if everything looks "normal" before committing yourself to actually being there. Many unsuspecting patrons of businesses have unwittingly walked into an establishment as it was being robbed.

Also, when you have made the active decision to patronize a location take a quick glance around to make note of any other exits just in case you may need to make a hasty retreat. Finally, when being seated make an effort to get a location whereby you can look up at the entrance and see if any suspicious characters show up.
