The Man Raphael Johnson Murdered: John Havard - Part II

In this video Fred Havard, the brother of John Havard who was murdered by Raphael Johnson, shares his opinions and thoughts. In 1992 Raphael Johnson was convicted of the Second-Degree Murder of John Havard and spent on 12 years of a 10 - 25 sentence in prison. In July of this year, Johnson had been informally named/appointed by Detroit Mayor Dave Bing to be a member of the Board of Police Commissioners despite being a convicted murderer. As of now, his appointment is in limbo as Detroit City Council can reject/block the appointment.
