Rick Ector Appears on the Steve Gruber Show to Discuss Armed Schools

Rick Ector Discusses Armed Staff at Schools to Protect Children
Media Appearance

Earlier today, I had the opportunity to make another guest appearance on the Steve Gruber Show.

We discussed both minimum age limit to buy rifles and should staff be armed at our nation's schools.

I believe that if a person is old enough to die for his country by serving in the US military, he should be old enough to buy a modern sporting rifle.

In addition, we should do more to protect our kids while they are in school. On a personal note, at the high school that I graduated from in Detroit in the 1980s, armed guards were present and we had to pass through metal detectors to gain entry.
