Michigan Firearm FAQ: Armed Church Directory

Michigan Firearm FAQ: Armed Church Directory

Q: Rick, I am visiting from Kentucky and wish to attend a church during my stay in Michigan. Is there a directory of carry-friendly churches that you can refer me?
A: No. I am unaware of a web site that lists churches in which congregants are authorized to carry. However, I do personally know several religious leaders who embrace lawfully carried guns in their church. A pastor is authorized by statute to grant permission to carry guns in his church.
