Rick Ector on "Cam and Company" Today to Discuss Detroit Defensive Gun Story

Later this afternoon, at 2:40pm EST I will be making an appearance on the "Cam and Company Show." As you may have heard the show still airs daily on the NRANews web site, but at a new time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm EST. The fourth hour and additional new hour of coverage is on the Sportsman Channel.

During the show we will be discussing a recent "Defensive Gun Use" (DGU) story that recently happened in the city of Detroit. These days, it seems that a good reason to carry a firearm is getting lost amid the noise being generated by the Gun Control initiatives mentioned by President Obama during his recent inauguration speech. Make no mistake about it, a firearm is a tool of last resort that Detroit residents have available at their disposal to remain as safe as possible in a community that witnessed 411 homicides last year.

If you have been following me, you already know how I feel about Gun Rights and Gun Control. I will be sharing my thoughts, opinions, and feedback. I will post a video recap link, if and when one is made available later in the day.
