Personal Protection Tip: Deploy An Urban Scarecrow

Personal Protection Tip: Deploy An Urban Scarecrow - Citizens desiring to be safe in their homes can take a hint from farmers who place stuffed clothing in the form of people to scare off scavengers and to protect their crops.
